John Webb has over ten years' experience in Web development, user experience, and project management. Mr. Webb has designed and managed Web sites for several large organizations including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and National Center for Appropriate Technology. He has extensive experience with incorporating the latest Web content management solutions, designing and developing usable, accessible Web interfaces, and successfully marketing and promoting Web sites. Mr. Webb consistently delivers mission critical projects on time and within budget. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of Garden City Harvest.

Christopher Allen has over eighteen years experience in providing strategic/management services to private sector, public agency, and nonprofit clients. Specializing in research and analysis, strategic planning, and sustainable development, he holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Texas. He has managed projects for a variety of private sector clients as well as the US Department of Energy, the National Center for Appropriate Technology, and the United Nations Man and Biosphere Program. His international experience includes work and studies in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Mexico. He also serves on the Board of Directors of A World Institute for Sustainable Humanity and homeWORD. Additionally, he is managing partner of CROMO Developments LLC, a real estate development firm with a membership of the North Texas Chapter of the US Green Building Council.
John Balsam has nearly 20 years of experience serving clients with a primary focus on markets, market research, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurial business development. Until 1991, Balsam directed the technology-commercialization division of the U.S. Department of Energy’s clearinghouse for technology entrepreneurs. Subsequently, he initiated the first of more than 300 detailed market studies for entrepreneurs and established firms in a broad array of industries, including agriculture, forest and wood products, transportation, manufacturing, electronics, building construction and systems, and energy. Since 1999, Balsam has served as a results-oriented contractor to the Montana Department of Commerce, providing individualized counseling to small technology firms engaged in the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.
John English has 15 years experience administering Linux and Windows Web server technologies. His scripting skills include Perl, PHP, ASP, Python, Bash and Rails. He has Web site design experience and is versed in HTML, CSS, MySQL, Apache, and IIS. He also possesses Web site marketing and usability skills. His latest obsession is XML/XSL programming and its application toward RSS feeds and Content Management Systems. Currently he is employed by the National Center for Appropriate Technology and serves on the board of the George Grant Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
Roger Parchen, principle of the design firm Art & Image, is a seasoned graphic designer and marketing expert who brings over twenty years of experience to every project.
Megan Schuknecht is an experienced usability professional and skilled Web editor. Megan has worked as a content provider and editor on several large, internationally recognized Web sites including the Smart Communities Network, Energy TechNet and the National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service (NSAIS). Her experience includes conducting Web site usability studies for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Energy. She possesses strong Spanish language skills and manages the Spanish Web presence, including a monthly newsletter, for the NSAIS. Additionally, Megan serves on the Board of Directors of the Clark Fork River Technical Assistance Committee.
